A visit to the Aerobic Corridor Park is a journey through a safe natural environment that remains close to a variety of services. Journeys in the park can be planned to your requirements for each of its sectors. This multi-use route passes through several typical Laurentian villages and offers various activities in the open air.

PAYS-D’EN-HAUT
Morin-Heights
Km 0 of the Aerobic Corridor Park leads directly to the heart of the municipality of Morin-Heights. The community and economic vitality of this picturesque village depend mainly on cultural activities and the great outdoors. In addition to the general store located 100 metres from the Aerobic Corridor, there is a great variety of restaurants, coffee shops and many spas in the area. Several lodging establishments and campgrounds are located within a radius of one kilometre. Recognized as the capital of cross-country skiing, Morin-Heights is an ideal starting point for winter activities and is also easily accessible in the summer. Treetop adventures are also available.
From the Aerobic Corridor you can also get to the centre of Saint-Sauveur via the Vélocité bike trail. This 12 km road trip takes you right to the P’tit Train du Nord linear park at the Piedmont train station.

Montfort (Wentworth-Nord)
Nestled alongside Lac Saint-François-Xavier, this small community owes its name to the Montfort Fathers who established an agricultural orphanage shortly after 1880. You can plan for a full day of outdoor activities at the Pavillon Montfort. “La Montfortaine” and “Les Orphelins” networks add up to nearly 25 km of hiking and mountain biking trails in the forest. Two nature interpretation routes are also proposed. Directly accessible from the Pavillon Montfort, Lac Saint-François-Xavier is ideal for the practice of non-motorized nautical activities. Boats and paddle boards can be rented on the spot. During winter, these networks offer a variety of opportunities for snowshoeing, cross-country skiing and winter cycling (fatbike). Equipment can be rented at the pavilion. Several accommodation options are available. Keep in mind that there is no restaurant or grocery store in Montfort.

Lac des Seize-Îles
A must stop for visitors, the village of Lac-des-Seize-Îles provides a privileged contact with the majestic 6km-long lake. Vacationers have been coming here for more than a century and the lakefront cottages have an undeniable charm.
For a pleasant on-the-water experience, climb aboard the pontoon boat that can accommodate 12 passengers with their bikes and go to the southern tip of the lake.

At Montcalm, located in the vicinity of the Aerobic Corridor Park, you can explore a network of three municipal nature interpretation trails totalling over 8.4km. Here, you will also find the Mont-Larose climbing wall for a more challenging workout. The Huberdeau hub is located along the magnificent Rouge River. Here, you can pause for a moment of relaxation near the Guylaine and Frédérick Back park, named as a tribute to this artist sensitive to environmental causes who lived in Huberdeau. During your passage, a visit to the Huberdeau Calvary dating back to 1892 is a must. Not only for the magnificent view but also to catch the 27 impressive characters in bronzed cast iron erected on the way of the Cross.
