Hybrid Biking

The Corridor aérobique has an average slope level of 5%. The riding surface consists of compacted crushed stone and features a rather sandy texture. Opt for a hybrid or mountain bike for an ideal experience.

Mountain Biking

Are you new to mountain biking or looking for a more relaxing experience in the heart of nature? Enjoy the pleasures of the Corridor aérobique in the area between Morin-Heights and the Montford region of Wentworth-Nord. Many narrow, winding mountain bike trails are accessible within the Corridor aérobique, including the beginner-friendly CN trail in Morin-Heights.

Regulations

  • All motorized traffic is prohibited (except for the shared lane spaces).
  • Clear the path when stopping.
  • Ride one behind the other when in a group.
  • Remain on the trails to respect the natural environment.
  • Pass only on the left and signal your intention.
  • While not mandatory, wearing a helmet is strongly recommended.
  • The recommended speed is 22 km/h (10 km/h when approaching populated areas).
  • Yield to oncoming cyclists and pedestrians at all times.
  • Do not create new paths or perform any unauthorized work.
  • Respect private property.
  • Do not litter.
  • Dogs are not permitted in the skiable section of the park (0 – 8.5 km area).
  • Fires and camping are prohibited in the park.
  • Get involved in your community by participating in organized maintenance work.
